The 6-day Uganda gorilla trekking, Chimpanzee trekking and Wildlife tour will take you to Lake Mburo National park for wildlife viewing, then proceed to Bwindi impenetrable national park that encompasses half of the mountain gorillas remaining in the world and do gorilla trekking. Kibale National Park the Primate capital of the world, where you will have an opportunity to bond with nature as you see these primates in their natural Habitat. Do not miss carrying a camera for such a memorable experience.
Full Itinerary
Pick-up from Entebbe/Kampala and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Our professional driver guide will pick you up at your hotel or Entebbe International Airport and start your journey to Lake Mburo National Park which is an 4-5 hours drive, you will have a stop at the equator at Kayabwe for equator experience and photography. You will proceed with the journey and have hot lunch at the lodge followed by relaxation, you will later depart for an afternoon boat cruise and game drive where you will see a variety of wildlife such as giraffes, Antelopes. Zebras, warthogs among others, you will later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Morning walk and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, you will start your guided nature walk with the armed ranger guide where you will have an opportunity to come close to wildlife such as zebras, Giraffes among others and later proceed to Bwindi with a stop in Mbarara city for lunch, After lunch, you will embark on your scenic drive to Bwindi NP, you will see most beautiful landscapes ranging from plantations, hills, all the way to the Virunga massive. Just keep your cameras near you and your driver will definitely stop if you need him to, so that you can capture that beautiful moment. You will arrive at the lodge, check in followed by refreshments, dinner and overnight

Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi
After breakfast you will drive to the park headquarters for a briefing about the dos and don’ts during trekking and later start your gorilla trekking experience, the journey can last between 30 minutes to 7 hours depending on the location of the gorilla family you will choose to trek, Once you find these gorillas you will spend one hour observing their behaviors and taking photos and later return to the park headquarters to receive your gorilla trekking certificates to confirm a successful gorilla trekking in Uganda and later return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight

On this day you will have your delicious breakfast and bid farewell to the lodge and drive to Kibale national park. You will have several stops along the way for photography and later proceed arriving later afternoon, upon arrival at the lodge, you will be warmly received and ushered into your room, you will have dinner in the evening to seal your day

Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park
You will start this day with breakfast and then drive to the park to start trekking. When you arrive at the park, you will be briefed by the rangers on the whole process of chimpanzee tracking. You will then start your activity escorted by the park rangers. Once you find the chimpanzees you will be allowed one hour with them. Once this is done, you will be rewarded with a certificate for participating. After this you will be taken back to the lodge for Lunch . The afternoon will be spent relaxing at the lodge and then you will have your dinner to end your day
